Search that understands what you mean
- Search understands meaning: "sofa" finds your note about the couch, and "lawyer house purchase" finds the one about the solicitor.
- Search ignores accents and special letters in every language, so "kobenhavn" finds København and "елку" finds ёлку.
- Phone numbers, postcodes and codes match however you type them: 07700900123 finds 07700 900123.
- Dates, times and numbers match in any format: "14 march" finds 14/03, and "1240" finds £1,240.
- Typos, plurals and shorthand like appt or Thurs still find your note.
- Short words inside Chinese, Japanese, Korean and Thai text are found, and searching for an emoji finds the notes that have it.
- When many notes match, your newest and rescued notes come first.
- Copying something like "password: bluebell42" into search finds the note it came from.
- Short tags like
w:find their notes again, andcafe:finds notes tagged Café:. - Search is much faster in large libraries.
- Gravity opens to your list again when Gravity Sync is on, instead of the Gravity Sync page.
- Connect Claude, ChatGPT, Codex or Grok to your notes in Settings → Gravity Sync → AI apps. They can save notes to your list, search it and bring notes back to the top.
- See which AI apps are connected, and disconnect any of them.
- Tap a note link from your AI app and the note opens in Gravity.
