If you need help with Gravity, have a bug report, or want to share product feedback, email tristan@crowlabs.tech.
It is just me behind Gravity, so response times vary. I read everything, and detailed bug reports get prioritized first.
What to include
To speed things up, include your device, iOS or macOS version, and steps to reproduce any issue.
- Support: crashes, sync behavior, import/export, and account-free usage questions.
- Product feedback: workflow pain points, feature requests, and UX notes.
- Privacy requests: anything related to local storage and optional iCloud sync.
If you are reporting unexpected behavior, include the exact action you took, what you expected, and what happened instead. If the issue is intermittent, mention how often it appears and whether it started after an update.
Response expectations
Gravity is an independent product, so response times vary. I read every message and reply as quickly as I can.
I try to reply within 3 business days. If you have not heard back after 5 business days, resend your message with "FOLLOW UP" in the subject so it stands out.
For serious issues (data loss risk, export problems, or startup crashes), include "URGENT" in the subject line so I do not miss it.
Accessibility and policy requests
If something is hard to use with VoiceOver, Dynamic Type, or other assistive settings, tell me what you were trying to do and where it breaks down. Those reports are genuinely useful.
For policy questions, review the current Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions first, then email with any clarification requests.
Partnerships and media
For writing, podcast invitations, or product collaboration, include your publication or company name, intended timeline, and what you need from me. If you are requesting a quote, include a clear deadline and preferred response format.
